Our standard delivery service for furniture items is between 3 and 28 days.  This is for items that are in stock at the point of order.  Once your order is placed we will contact you with an estimated delivery timescale. 

For orders that are placed for items that are not in stock - this may take longer than 28 days and we will inform you of this with an estimated timescale of delivery. 

Our customer care team will keep you updated with your order although please feel free to contact us at any point.

Our standard delivery service for furniture items offers one-man delivery to the ground floor of the property.

The following locations and postcodes may be subject to a further delivery charge than that advertised:

Wales, postcodes NP, NPT, CF, SA, LD, HR, SY, LL, CH, DG, KA, PA, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, BT.

For larger accessories (ie.mannequins, plate racks etc) these will be delivered with Parcelforce.  Some areas will incur a slightly higher delivery fee.  They are:

Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly. 

**For the areas listed above you may want to have a delivery quote prior to placing your order or we will notify you of this once your order is placed.

If you require further assistance with your delivery for example home installation or weekend delivery please contact our customer care team and we will endeavour to assist.

Our smaller items will be dispatched between 3 and 14 days and delivered by Royal Mail.
