To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Magnolia Lane  makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site. Magnolia Lane reserves the right to change price and availability information without notice.
Magnolia Lane  shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
We aim to give a fair representation of the product but all sizes are approximate and colours may vary slightly from those shown due to the limitations of Internet technology.
ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY SUPPLY TO THE UK.
We shall sell to you and you shall purchase only those goods which you have set out in an order and which has been accepted by us. We reserve the right to reject any order. Each such sale of goods will be subject to these conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any order is made or purported to be made by you.
No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed by e-mail or in writing by us.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in the Delivery Area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product.
The price of the goods shall be the price set out on the relevant page of this site. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site provided that if we accept an order from you the price for the goods will be the price set out in the relevant range at the time the order is placed.
In addition to the price of the goods you will be liable to pay our charges for transport & packaging as shown on the order form.
The total price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax.
Upon providing us with details of the Payment Card and submitting the order you shall confirm and undertake that the information contained within the order is true and accurate and that you are duly authorised to use the Payment Card and authorise us to deduct from the Payment Card account the full price of the goods and all other payments which may become due to us under the contract.
The deduction of monies from your Payment Card does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your Payment Card with the amount deducted.
Where goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights, and in accordance with our returns policy, we shall credit the Payment Card with the appropriate amount.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid for by credit or UK debit cards,cheque  or postal order, and you cannot pay in instalments. We accept Visa (including Delta), Mastercard, Switch & Solo. We also accept Paypal payments. All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
DELIVERY
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. We are unable to take specific delivery details when using Royal Mail for delivery and cannot stipulate specific delivery requirements.
REFUND/RETURNS POLICY
When you return a Product to us because you have cancelled the Contract within the statutory seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave us notice of your cancellation. In such a case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, not including the cost of delivery of the Product. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to us or us collecting it from you.
Products cannot be returned to us because they are unsuitable after the seven-day cooling off period referred to above unless we agree. If we agree that a Product may be returned , it must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge you any costs we incur in relation to the cancelled order. Such costs shall not exceed 20% of the value of the Products plus any delivery and return costs.
If you believe that any of our Products are of an unsatisfactory quality, please immediately contact Customer Services. Please also send us photographs of any alleged defects so that we may assess the situation.
